From start to finish we aim to finish all projects within 1-3 months which should give the filmmakers, editors, our suppliers, office and warehouse team plenty of time to complete everything. We do not charge any extra if thing take a little bit longer.

We have a trained team ready to go that can conduct your interview. However if you have a friend or family member that you would like to include, we are thrilled to let them host the interview…We even include extra footage in the final product to make it a real family experience.
Our stories are kept private and belong to the customers, so we can only send you representative samples. We do have some samples pieces on our website that our wonderful customers have agreed to share.

You can pay online, by giving us a call with debit or credit card in hand, or by bank transfer. you can also pay via PayPal. You can find our bank details on the invoice that we’ll send you after learning which package you’d like to purchase.

You can either pay upfront in full, or in instalments starting with a deposit.

Yes! shipping costs are included in your package price.
If we put a custom agreement in place, for custom projects, our Terms & Conditions will apply. If there is anything else you’d like to agree upon concerning your project, such as the price for a large number of additional copies, then we can do so via email. Following payment, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.
